We also provide recommendations for maintenance, repair, component replacement, and cost estimates. The scope (and limitations) of Property Condition Assessments can be tailored to meet any need. Our unique methodology and approach to Property Condition Assessments includes visual inspections, both thermal and digital still images, video and thermal video with accompanying documentation, and a compilation of findings in a formal written report completed by a certified P. Eng. and an (ITC) Certified Level II Thermographer.

Due Diligence
Our Property Condition Assessments are an important building block in providing proper due diligence in your commercial real estate transaction. A pre-purchase inspection provides increased (appropriate) due diligence for real estate transactions to investors, owners, lenders, attorneys, and property managers. Part of the Due Diligence process is identifying liabilities that are gained from a visual inspection and a thermal imaging inspection of the property. Property Condition Assessments (Due Diligence) reports will provide commercial clients with the information they need in order to make the appropriate and informed decisions.
